The ABN 41 Artist Bassoon from Amati is a standard bassoon designed for students, high school and college bands, and is well-suited for orchestral or chamber performance. This versatile bassoon is crafted from select, loft-seasoned maple, which gives the instrument a beautiful sound with a traditional bassoon color. The bocals deliver very easy response and even intonation between registers. The keywork is of a well thought out finger-friendly design. The Amati ABN-32-MS Maple Bassoon is an entry-level model with simplified keywork designed for schools and children 8 years and older. It is standard bassoon size, but with keywork simplified and designed to fit hands of young players.
